Fearon’s Pub in Chicago is proud to be bringing you the British & Irish Lions Tour of South Africa 2009 – from 30 May to 4 July!
The British and Irish Lions are a touring representative side featuring the best rugby union players from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. The Lions come together once every four years to tour New Zealand, South Africa, and Australia in rotation. Tradidionally, the British & Irish Lions do not play any matches on home soil.
The tour this year will be South Africa.
The matches are as follows:
Saturday, May 30 – 8am: Highfield XV v B & I Lions
Wednesday, June 3 – Noon: Golden Lions v B & I Lions
Saturday, June 6 – 8am: Free State Cheetahs v B & I Lions
Wednesday, June 10 – Noon: Sharks v B & I Lions
Saturday, June 13 – 8am: Vodacom WP v B & I Lions
Tuesday, June 16 – 8am: Coastal XV v B & I Lions
Saturday, June 20 – 8am: South Africa v B & I Lions
Tuesday, June 23 – Noon: Emerging SA v B & I Lions
Saturday, June 27 – 8am: South Africa v B & I Lions
Saturday, July 4 – 8am: South Africa v B & I Lions
Champions League 2009 Final in Chicago
Fearon’s Pub in Chicago is bringing you the final match for the 2009 Champions League! The final match for the Champions League 2009 has been announced and Man Utd will take on Barcelona. The game will be played in Rome on May 27th, 2009. The final promises to be one of the greatest UEFA Champions League finals in a long time. Barcelona managed to knock out Chelsea and Man Utd did the same to Arsenal.
The Champions league 2009 final will be played on 27 May 2009. Make sure you don’t miss the match because it promises to be filled with great goals and football highlights.
Barca Vs Man Utd is going to be a world class game. Man Utd will be there for a second year in a row, but Barcelona is no easy match.
